Thirty years of landfill created the ground for Boston’s magnificent Back Bay, a remarkable monument of Victorian architecture, both public and residential. Two-hour tours led by trained MFA Senior Associate guides include identification and description of important historic landmarks. Location: West Wing/Museum Road Entrance Tickets: Reservations required: members $20; nonmembers $25 with Museum admission included. These tours are not recommended for small children.
